Birnenbrot-style Apple Raisin Rum Bread
First time making Birnenbrot. And I didn’t have Birne (pear), so I made Apfelbrot instead. The filling is apple, raisins, cranberries, walnuts, fresh orange juice, lemon zest… and rum. Can’t forget the rum.
